We were in the first heat, 8:00 AM, they were still making the mud as the starter gun fired.

One of the climb over and climb down obstacles, my upper body is still sore.Here I am totally worn out, I'm heavier than I've been in my previous two races and I felt it. We ran a solid mile before the first obstacle and I think there were 4 or 5 obstacles in the last 1/2 a mile.
There's another Warrior Dash in January and I'm going to more than likely run that one as well.
If you've ever wondered what a Clydesdale Horse looks like in mud just hit play.....at least I know what my legs would look like with a solid tan.
