Accomplishments week of 3/26

This past week
Spent time in Jacksonville, FL
Got in close to 18 miles of cardio
Got in 3 resistance training sessions
Lost 1.8 pounds

Again the scale was kind this week, dropping 1.8lbs for the week including a major breakfast screw up, I'll just call it a "Metabolism Adjustment". Three days on the road this week and I really didn't get near enough food into my system....then you add in all of the exercise it's no wonder that I lost weight and I'm sure some muscle along with those pounds. Dropping the carbs is working I'm going to continue on getting the total carbs down closer to 50 grams each day.

Carbohydrate 100.4 grams 26 %

Protein 155.8 grams 41%

    I love to eat at Micky D's. I particularly like the two for $3.00 specials - and in the early morning - reduced price for "senior" coffee.

    I also enjoy the confusion on the kids faces when I tell them that I will have the bacon egg & cheese bisquit or the sausage and egg biscuit without the biscuit.

    Lunch today was one the Angus burgers again without the roll.

  2. I can't remember the last time I ate a burger at McDonalds - years ago my go to meal there was a Big Mac (no sauce, too many calories), large fries, cheeseburger and a Coke.

    When I eat at Chik-Fil-A I order the grilled chicken and I do throw the bun out and replace the fries with the fruit cup and I'm still trying to love water as something besides swimming in it.
