I actually did some work on Thursday

1a DB Split Squat 2 15
1b Push up 2 12
2a Inverted Row 2 12
2b Combo Shoulder Raise 2 12
3 Lying External Rotation 2 12
4 Side Plank 2 8

Nothing that amazing just an afternoon workout, oh yeah I'm in "Warrior Training".
