If you are heading in that direction - check out the TNT Book. It pairs Low Carb eating with exercise nutrition. Eating Carbs is timed to support your exercise goals. It gives structure to Low Carbing.
I've looked at TNT before (I did the ABS Diet a few years ago) I really need to buy the book to see if it something that I can follow on the road. On the road I typically carry chicken in a pouch, or tuna, beef jerky, almonds etc....I think the conflict would be eating out with clients. I just need to bite the bullet and buy the book.

NICE - REAL NICE.
Thanks...I'm really controlling the diet or trying to. It's the decrease in carbs and when I have carbs I try to have to have them early in the day.

ReplyDeleteBluntly - eating low carb - high fat - normal protein = the easiest way to eat out. I can eat at restuarants 14 meals a week. ;-(
